JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Fee for Service Clinician to join our team.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual play therapy, family therapy, children/teens (age 6-18) and their caregivers.
• Provide case management and/or crisis intervention.
• Complete ongoing documentation, including treatment plan, progress notes, and assessments, and other documentation as needed.
• Enter all client documentation in Electronic Health Records system, or as directed by supervisor in accordance with internal protocols.
• Working evenings to accommodate after school appointments is required.
• Provide services to a total of 6-10 clients via teletherapy or on site in East Harlem, based on the needs of clients Mondays-Friday evenings and on Saturdays

Responsibilities Qualifications and Credentials

• MHC (with limited permit), LMHC, LMSW/LCSW or Ph.D./Psy.D.
• Current NYS clinical license
